We are into hotel business from two decades we are having four hotels in Nashik. The hotels are graded from one star to three star. We have a total 150 rooms capacity with an average rate of 1100rs a room our occupancy is 80-85percent annually. We guarantee the best economic rates and serve a higher customer purpose. We also own a motel on the nashik-shirdi highway .It is a spread in 3 acres of land and is equipped with a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, and children playground. Many people from Mumbai and gujrat while coming to shirdi prefer to stay at the relaxing and ideally located motel. We also have an apartment hotel at nashik it is completely on a bed and breakfast basis. These types of hotels are very much in demand and we are soon planning a few hotels solely based upon this concept. Our primary business is manufacturing bidis we have a labour force of 6000 people in the beedi business we have diversified into hotel business from the year 1982.Daily production of 64 lac bidis and exports.
Apart from hotel business we run a chain off thali restaurants too they are situated in Mumbai/Pune/Jabalpur/Sangamner/Ahmednagar/nagpur(eternity malls) shortly starting at andheri(infinty malls) rajkot iscon malls(franchise indulge) and new Mumbai in orbit. These restaurant chain is the much renowned PANCHAVATI GAURAV it is quite a traditional gujarati;rajasthani cusine. Recently nominated to the savvy cook book awards 2006 in the best thali restaurant category also awarded best thali Restaurant(Mumbai) by the Indian Express. We have mastered the art of serving high quality food at a good price. All are restaurants are air-conditioned and hygiene is given the utmost importance.
